We only collect what we need to look after you:

Your name, phone number and email when you book, buy a gift card or send us a message through our contact form
Your booking details, like the service, date and time
Anything you choose to tell us so we can keep you comfortable and safe, such as pregnancy, sensitive skin or a medical condition
Basic information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use

How we collect it

We collect your information when you book online, call, text or email us, fill in our contact form, buy a gift card, visit the studio, or browse our website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

Manage your bookings and send appointment reminders
Answer your questions and messages
Tailor your tan or sauna session to suit you
Process payments and gift cards
Improve our website and let people know about Glam Tans online

We will never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted services that help us run Glam Tans:

Square, for online bookings, payments and gift cards
Wix, which hosts our website and contact form
Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use our website
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel, which helps us measure and show our ads

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to collect information about your visit. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use our site.
